About Me.
Over the years, I have gained experience working with adults seeking mental health support. In my crisis intervention work, I recognized the value of incorporating a trauma-informed approach into my practice with clients. This approach is now central to my work as a social worker.
As a social worker, I believe in taking a holistic approach to treating clients. This means considering the whole person's physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being. I aim to provide the most effective and comprehensive care possible by addressing all aspects of an individual's health and well-being. By incorporating integrative techniques into my practice, I hope to provide clients with the best possible care and support on their journey toward healing and wellness.
I have also learned that healing involves going within to understand and accept the deepest parts of ourselves. It is through this process of self-discovery that we can begin to heal.
By understanding our own stories, we can gain new insights and perspectives. This is where the journey of healing truly begins.
